Allbirds operates a global consumer platform that includes its official website, related digital services, social media presence, physical retail stores, customer service channels, and in-person brand activities. By accessing or using any part of this platform, including browsing content or purchasing products, users confirm that they understand and accept the governing rules and conditions that apply to such use. These conditions form a binding legal agreement between the user and Allbirds and apply to all interactions with the platform, whether online or offline. Users who do not agree with these terms should discontinue use of the platform immediately. Allbirds reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if these conditions are violated, and may pursue appropriate remedies as permitted by law.

The platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least eighteen years old and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information they provide, whether during account registration, checkout, or customer support interactions, is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Account holders are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their accounts. Allbirds is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user’s failure to safeguard their account information.

When placing orders through the platform, customers may be required to submit personal and payment information for fulfillment, security, and fraud prevention purposes. All sales are subject to applicable shipping and return policies, and customers are responsible for applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Refunds, exchanges, and return approvals are handled at Allbirds’ discretion, and patterns of excessive or abusive returns may result in limitations. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once products are handed over to the carrier. Promotional offers, referral incentives, and discount codes are subject to specific conditions, may expire, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Allbirds is not obligated to monitor or retain user submissions and assumes no responsibility for third-party content.

The platform and all products and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Allbirds makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy of information, or suitability for specific purposes, and disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed, Allbirds limits its liability for damages arising from platform use, product purchases, or related services. Users agree to indemnify Allbirds against claims resulting from misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

Disputes between users and Allbirds are generally resolved through individual binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, with limited exceptions. Users may have the option to opt out of arbitration within a specified timeframe. California law governs the interpretation of these terms unless overridden by applicable local consumer protections. These conditions represent the complete agreement between the parties and may be updated periodically, with continued use indicating acceptance of any revisions.
